What is Bee Pollen?

Bee pollen is male spermatozoa, microscopic grains. The bees collect pollen from flowers and use it to feed larvae and worker bees that produce royal jelly.
As a major source of protein and vitamins, bee pollen plays an important role in the diet of bees. Bee pollen contains fats, carbohydrates, fiber, minerals, amino acids, phenolic compounds and vitamins.
